Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Buildout Schedule is a product of Whited Consulting LLC. When we say "we" below, we mean Whited Consulting.

2. What we collect

Account info. Your name, email, workspace name, and any team info you add.

Booking data. Event types you create, availability, bookings made against your page (the booker's name, email, and any answers to your intake questions).

Calendar data. If you connect Google Calendar or another calendar, we read your busy times to check availability and write bookings back. We only read/write what we need to run scheduling.

Payments. Handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number — Stripe does. We store a token that lets us charge you and the last four digits so you can tell which card it is.

Usage data. Log data your browser sends — pages visited inside the app, timestamps, IP address for security purposes.

Pocket Agent context. If you use Pocket Agent, the prompts you send and the actions it takes are logged so you can audit them.

3. What we do with it

• Run the scheduling service you signed up for.
• Send transactional email — booking confirmations, cancellations, reminders, billing receipts.
• Improve the product. We look at aggregated usage patterns to figure out what to build next. We don't sell your data.
• Send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe.
• Comply with laws when we're required to.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with a small set of infrastructure providers:

• Supabase — hosts our database. Data at rest is encrypted.
• Vercel — hosts the app.
• Stripe — payments.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Google, Zoom, Microsoft — only if you connect them as integrations.
• Pocket Agent (aipocketagent.com) — a sibling product that provides the AI capabilities for Pocket Agent features in Buildout Schedule.

We don't sell your data. If we're ever legally compelled to hand something over, we'll tell you unless we're legally prohibited from doing so.

5. Google user data (specific disclosure)

When you connect Google Calendar, we ask for calendar read/write scopes. We use them for one purpose: reading your busy times to check availability and writing bookings you approve. We don't use Google user data to train any AI or ML model. You can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and booking data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete it within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep it (for example, financial records for tax purposes).

7. Your rights

You can view, edit, export, or delete your data from your account settings. If you can't find what you need or want us to do it for you, email chase@tnvex.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws — we'll honor them.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to Chase Whited. If we discover a security incident that affects you, we'll notify you as required by law.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies — a session cookie to keep you logged in and a preference cookie for things like theme. We don't use tracking cookies.

10. Children

Buildout Schedule is not intended for anyone under 13. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes get a heads-up email and an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
