Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Who we are

Buildout Schedule is a product of Whited Consulting LLC ("Whited Consulting"), operated under the Buildout Studios brand. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Whited Consulting. "You" means the person or company using the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your login secure. Don't share credentials. If someone else uses your account with your permission — say a teammate — you're on the hook for what they do too.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Buildout Schedule to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited outreach.
  • Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are.
  • Break laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the people you book with.
  • Try to break into our systems or other customers' accounts.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without written permission.

4. Fees

Free tier is free. Paid tiers bill monthly on the card you provide. If a charge fails, we'll try again — after two failed attempts, your paid features pause until the card is updated. Enterprise plans are invoiced separately with terms we'll agree on before you sign.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep paid features through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't refund the current period unless we owe you one for a service issue on our side.

6. Data you put in

Your data is yours. We only use it to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for the specifics.

7. Third-party integrations

When you connect Google Calendar, Zoom, or any other outside service, that service's terms apply too. If you disconnect an integration, we stop pulling from and pushing to it, but we can't undo actions the integration already took.

8. Pocket Agent output

Pocket Agent drafts messages, suggests actions, and takes actions you approve. We do our best to keep it useful, but AI output isn't perfect. Review anything material before you send it. You're responsible for the messages that go out under your name.

9. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee zero downtime. If we go down long enough to actually hurt you, contact us — we'll work it out in good faith.

10. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what we're required to provide by law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll email registered users and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after changes means you agree to the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Disputes go to state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
